Eligibility: Former graduate of Fort Atkinson High School with at least sophomore standing who is pursuing a degree in a medical field at an accredited college, or  a graduating senior at Fort Atkinson High School who is planning to enroll in a medically-related program at a vocational or technical school.  Dentistry or veterinary programs are not considered medical fields for purposes of this scholarship.

Eligibility: Graduating senior at Fort Atkinson High School who has participated in the school’s basketball program and intends to pursue a bachelor’s degree at a 4-year college or university, or enroll in a program at a technical college for an associate’s degree or the two-year transfer program.

Criteria: Have at least three seasons of involvement with the high school’s boys or girls basketball team (as players or managers), have earned a minimum of two varsity letters in other sports, and have at the time of application a gradepoint average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
