Designated Fund Grants
Applicants for Designated Fund grants must be 501(c)3 organizations or units of government that are currently identified as the designee of a Community Foundation Designated Fund.
Unless otherwise specified by the fund creator, Designated Funds grants may be requested for any purpose that benefits the charitable organization.
Requested grants must generally comply with the charitable purposes as outlined in the Foundation's governing documents. Purposes for which the funds should NOT be used are:
In response to annual drives, to eliminate previously incurred deficits or expenses or for debt retirement
To build endowment funds of the designee
For religious or sectarian purposes
For lobbying, partisan political purposes or campaigns
Qualified organizations may request a Designated Fund grant application by contacting FACF Executive Director Sue Hartwick at (920) 563-3210 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
